The recent chapter of our success story is becoming a bestseller: About 100 new customers enjoy the benefits of prosoftrecruiting©. And our company is flourishing – approx. 80 employees in Regensburg and Essen contribute to our success.

Beta phase
prosoftrecruiting©prosoft developed the new e-recruiting software prosoftrecruiting© for a smart IT-based recruitment. In 2017 our recruiting solution entered the beta phase.

30th anniversary
30 years after prosoft was founded, we proudly looked back at our success story: Since 1984 we support our customers in the temporary employment industry with our HR-software AÜOffice® and our services – plenty of reason to celebrate!

Restructuring and expansion of our Service + Support Center
A great software solution goes hand in hand with excellent service – software without service is no real software. In order to maintain our high customer satisfaction levels of over 90 % (source: geprueft.de) and guarantee a call acceptance faster than 40 seconds, we expanded the facilities for our support team.

Founding of prosoft Vertriebs- und Consulting GmbH (Sales and Consulting)
Due to our new strategic orientation, the prosoft Vertriebs- und Consulting GmbH was founded in 2012.

Brand facelift for prosoft
In 2011 we conducted a brand analysis, developed a new modern logo and changed our strategic orientation in its core and external appearance.

Management expansion
The number of employees increased to more than 50, the management welcomed its new members:

- 2008
Opening of branch office in Essen-Rüttenscheid
In 2008 we opened a new branch office in Essen-Rüttenscheid and introduced options for apprenticeship and further training for human resource specialists (Personaldienstleistungskaufmann/-frau, PDK). Our marketing department and the service department for new customers (system integration) are located in Essen. In addition, we have seminar rooms in Essen.

Service + Support Center
In order to increase our customer satisfaction and service quality even further, we augmented our support team. In 2007 we opened the Service + Support Center in Nürnberg, which in 2012 was relocated to Regensburg-Obertraubling.
- 2006
Software quality and security
We guarantee a high software quality internally and externally: Sensitive program parts will be tested by independent third parties. 2006 we were certified for our payroll module (ITSG-certificate). Since then, quality tests are conducted semi-annually.
- 2003
Expansion to Austria
At the beginning of the year, we opened a branch office in Austria, where the prosoft IT-Solutions GmbH is located since 2003 (Linz).
- 2001
Change to prosoft EDV-Lösungen GmbH & Co. KG
The company was registered in the commercial register as prosoft EDV-Lösungen GmbH in 1991. At July, 1, 2001, the name was changed to prosoft EDV-Lösungen GmbH & Co. KG.
- 1996
Quality management
Excellent process quality is essential to us. This is why prosoft has already been DIN EN ISO 9001 certified in 1996. The certification process was conducted by TÜV Rheinland AG.
- 1984
Company foundation
In 1984 Axel-Wilhelm Wegmann founded the company in Regensburg. Until today, the prosoft headquarters are located in Regensburg-Obertraubling.
